Cast of Characters

I thought that I would take a little time today to identify most of the people that are mentioned throughout my blog in case you were scratching your head wondering how in the world the particular person weezled their way into my life here in Mauritius:

Kallay- A carefree american girl who is on the adventure of a lifetime (me of course)!
Veronique - works for kasa textiles which is a sister company of ATS where I work - takes care of all my nitty gritty details (visa, etc)
Dominique - CEO and the reason that I got this opportunity
Stephanie - Dominique's oldest daughter and one of my good friends here on the island (my coworker as well)
Celine - Dominque's other daughter and my friend - currently living and working in Paris
Antoine - Dominique's son and my friend - currently going to school in Paris
Sophie - Dominique's wife who has also been a great help to me!
Paul - my direct boss at ATS
Alex - my good friend and co-worker - a french expat who has lived here for about 3 years
Audrey - person who owns Grain D'Sel - the name of the house where I live
Nicolas - french intern who was at Audrey's my first month
Sarah - french intern who was at Audrey's during my first week
Thaib - Sarah's boyfriend
Kathryn Rey - Audrey's friend
Nathalie - Kathryn Rey's daughter and one of my local friends in Tamarin
Olivier - friend I met via Nathalie - also lives nearby
Alain - Mauritian expat who lives in South Africa that stayed at Audrey's a month or so ago
Christine - Paul's Secretary
Jackie - Audrey's friend
Yannick - Kathryn Rey's son and my friend
Fabien - Yannick's friend
Kathryn F - my american friend that I met here on the island

Pamela - coworker who works in sales department - she is a huge help to me as she is the one who usually accompanies me to my various meetings

Hugo - also staying with audrey and my friend
Rosaline - Audrey's friend
Emmanuel - works with Hugo and is also staying with Audrey - from Reunion Island
